Cippo di Perugia - mbishkrimi me i famshem Etrusk

Me te drejte ky eshte quajtur mbishkrimi me i famshem Etrusk pasi Peruxhia ndodhet ne kerthize te Italise. Pllaka eshte gjetur me 1822 dhe sot ruhet ne Muzeun Kombetar te Peruxhias. Ajo eshte ne te vertete krenaria e ketij Muzeu.
Shume orvatje jane bere per t'a deshifruar kete mbishkrim (ne te vertete per te gjitha mbishkrimet Etruske), por pa rezultat. Per keto aresye gjuha Etruske eshte etiketuar si nje gjuhe misterioze, e zhdukur gjithashtu ne menyre misterioze. Gjuha dhe civilizimi Etrusk ka terhequr vemendjen e shume gjuhetareve dhe historianeve per shkak te shkelqimit te civilizimit Etrusk ne shekujt VII-IV BCE. Ne te vertete civilizimi Etrusk qendron ne themel te civilizimit Europian, ashtu sikurse gjuha Etruske qendron ne themel te gjuheve Europiane.
Po pse shkollaret e gjuhes Etruske nuk kane arritur t'a deshifrojne kete gjuhe 'misterioze'? Aresya eshte fare e thjeshte: Asnje prej tyre nuk e ka njohur gjuhen Shqipe ose kane patur njohje te percipte te saj. Ne te vertete edhe sikur ndonjeri prej tyre te ish njohes i shkelqyer i Shqipes, do e kish pothuaj te pamundur te bente zbulimin. Eshte absolutisht e domosdodoshme qe studjuesi i gjuhes Etruske t'a kete Shqipen gjuhen e nenes. Mjerisht gjuhetaret tane jane ende te varfer ne njohjen e Gjuhesise Historike dhe kane rene pre e teorive te gjuhetareve Europiane te cilet sic thame me lart nuk e kane njohur kurre Shqipen. Edhe sot e kesaj dite ndodh i njejti fenomen. Nga kontaktet qe kemi patur me drejtuesit e Qendres se Studimeve Etruske te Universitetit te Masacusets mesojme se Shqipja nuk njihet fare prej tyre. Ja pergjigja qe na jep Rex Wallac, autoriteti nr. 1 i gjuhes Etruske te ketij Universiteti:
"It is true that I have not studied Albanian for some 30 years now, when I was in graduate school. Even so, I do not think it is possible to show by scientific means that Etruscan is related to Albanian. Finding word-forms in Etruscan that are formally similar to Albanian word-forms isn't enough. Etruscan has a word 'vinum' that most surely means 'wine', but that doesn't mean Etruscan is related to Latin, which as the very same form.
Unfortunately, we don't have enough information about Etruscan to show that it is related to any language we know, except perhaps the language of the stele from Lemnos. And even here the similarities amount to a handful of words". (Nenvizimi eshte i imi).
Fakti qe zoti Rex nuk e njeh Shqipen, natyrisht nuk e ngarkon ate me asnje faj. Por shprehja "gjetja e fjale-formave te gjuhes Etruske te cilat jane formalisht te ngjashme me fjale-forma te Shqipes nuk mjafton" kur keto 'fjale-forma' ne te vertete i japin tekstit nje kuptim te qarte dhe jane te vendosura ne perputhje te plote me sintaksen e Shqipes se sotme (me perjashtim vetem te mbiemrit), kur ne kendveshtrimin leksikologjik keto 'fjale-forma' jane te ngjashme ne mbi 95% te fjalorit te ketij teksti, fakte te cilat jane lehtesisht te kuptueshme edhe per nje gjuhetar qe nuk e njeh fare Shqipen, dhe te gjitha keto kur gjuha Etruske konsiderohet ende nje 'mister', fakti tjeter qe pergjigja u dha pa u konsultuar me askend, megjithese ishte i lutur qe te konsultohej me pare me njohes te gjuhes Shqipe, te gjitha keto natyrisht qe e ngarkojne me pergjegjesi dhe duke qene se ai udheheq nje prej qendrave me autoritare ne bote (te kesaj fushe) nuk ben asgje tjeter vecse e vonon edhe ca kohe njohjen boterisht te lidhjeve midis gjuheve Etruske e Shqipe. Megjithate 'inatin' une nuk e kam me Rex Wallac por me gjuhetaret tane te cilet nuk kane bere absolutisht asnje studim ne kete fushe ne vend qe te behen nisiatore te hulumtimeve shkencore dhe te nxjerrjes ne drite te diellit te lidhjeve te padiskutueshme te ketyre gjuheve. Madje perdorimi i termit 'lidhje' nuk eshte shume i pershtatshem. Gjuha Etruske ne te vertete eshte gjuha Shqipe e antikitetit.
Studjuesit e gjuhes Etruske e pranojne lidhjen e saj me gjuhen e Lemnos kryesisht per shkak te ngjashmerise se sufikseve te tyre. Ne te vertete kjo ngjashmeri te bie ne sy menjehere. Mirepo studimi i fjales duhet filluar nga rrenja e saj dhe jo nga 'bishti'!
Rrenjet e fjaleve te gjuheve Etruske e Lemniane jane identike me ato te Shqipes moderne, madje po te shikojme me kujdes fjalorin e ketij mbishkrimi do veme re qe 50% e fjaleve Etruske jane krejtesisht identike, ndersa 45% krejt te ngjashme me ato te Shqipes moderne megjithese kane kaluar afro 2500 vjete nga koha kur ato jane shkruar!

Me te drejte ky eshte quajtur mbishkrimi me i famshem Etrusk pasi Peruxhia ndodhet ne kerthize te Italise. Pllaka eshte gjetur me 1822 dhe sot ruhet ne Muzeun Kombetar te Peruxhias. Ajo eshte ne te vertete krenaria e ketij Muzeu.
Shume orvatje jane bere per t'a deshifruar kete mbishkrim (ne te vertete per te gjitha mbishkrimet Etruske), por pa rezultat. Per keto aresye gjuha Etruske eshte etiketuar si nje gjuhe misterioze, e zhdukur gjithashtu ne menyre misterioze. Gjuha dhe civilizimi Etrusk ka terhequr vemendjen e shume gjuhetareve dhe historianeve per shkak te shkelqimit te civilizimit Etrusk ne shekujt VII-IV BCE. Cippus Perusinus is a memorial stele written in memory of Noble Velthina, the greatest Etruscan hero. The priest Afuna and his son Larthal are going to build a new grave for Velthina, placed into a cave. After they have brought in Velthina’s remains, while resting a little outside the cave, they heared a voice coming from inside. There was... Velthina into the cave, murmuring some words! Afuna approached to embrace his old friend but…

Velthina’s name is mentioned too in Tabula Cortonensis: Felśni velθinal vel luisna! = Speak velthinals and pray! And in Liber Linteus: Velθinal etnam = I’m a velthinal. In both cases it’s an adjective noun (velthin + al) showing that Velthina is a symbol of pride, bravery and nobility.

It’s really amazing that Etruscan is not a dead language! Not only it’s not dead but it stands just at the basis of the European languages. 1- teurat.tanna.la rez ulame vaχr.
By the Albanian point of view, we can wordform this bustrophedon line, getting out these Albanian alike words:
Te urat tan na la rez ula me vaχr, calling them 'presumed Etruscan' words, which in nowadays Gegean Albanian dialect pronounce: Te urət (or: t' urət) tan na lan rrez ulə mə varr (or: m' varr); which in nowadays Toscan Albanian dialect (standard Albanian refers to this dialect) pronounce: Tə urtət tanə na lanə rreze poshtə nə varr; and in English means: Our nobles bequeathed us rays (light) down (into) their grave.
(I'm using both Gegean and Toscan dialects of Albanian because Etruscan is more understandable in Gegean, while standard Albanian refers to Toscan). Let's analyse these nine (geg/tosc) Albanian words of this line.
1- te/tə: article used before nouns or adjectives. (Tosc): Tə dashur prindər! = dear parents! (Geg): Te urət tan = our nobles;
(Geg): T'etun per pasuni = thirsty for wealth (plural); This article is used on all Etruscan inscriptions.
2- urət/urtət: = quiet, noble (adj. plur). The root of this word is ur which means: 1- a piece of lighted wood we need to light the fire; 2- bridge.
There are some Albanian words which contain this root: Urat/uratə = prayer, priest.
I urt/i urtə = quiet, wise, noble (adj. singul.); te urət/tə urtət = quiet, noble (adj. plur.); uroj/uroj = wish (verb);
Urim/urim = wish (noun); urtni/urtəsi = quietness, wisdom, nobility.
3- tan/tanə: = our.
4- na: an abbreviated form of the albanian personal pronoun ne = 'we': Na ep = he/she gives us; na dha = he/she gave us;
na la pasunin/pasurinë = he/she bequeathed us the wealth; na lan/ë të lir/ë = they left us free.
5- le/lə: 1- leave; 2- allow; 3- bequeath; 4- handle; 5- hands off. Ai/ajo la = he/she left; ata/ato lan/lanə = they left. I've found this word in Pyrgi tablets too (s'e le Itala = I don't leave Italy); in Tabula Cortonensis (s’u la petruśc = (he) did'nt allow gathering soldiers).
6- rrez/rreze = rays.
7- Ulə = 'down', 'below' used as an adverb only in gegean dialect. It's root is ul used in both Albanian dialects as a verb that means to lower, to drop, to bend, to sit (down), to put (down), to lay (down) etc. I have found this word too in Tabula Cortonensis (tra ula ctiur ten θurs = while I got down here to say you ...).
8- mə or m' = in, on, into. It's only in gegean. In toscan: nə or n' = in, on, into. On Etruscan inscriptions I have found this preposition pronounced 'me', 'm', 'ne', 'ni' or 'n'. (on all inscriptions).
9- varr = grave.
The Gegean Albanian dialect words te, tan, na are quite identical with the ‘presumed Etruscan’ words: te, tan, na.
The other ‘presumed Etruscan’ words: urat, la, rez, ula, me, vaχr seem clearly akin to the Albanian words:urət, lan, rrez, ulə, mə, varr, but this fact does not mean yet these are real Etruscan words. These words would be real Etruscan if:

1- the Albanian alike words of Etruscan inscriptions are placed according to the Albanian syntax. If any change, it should be the same for all Etruscan inscriptions which would express its syntactic peculiarities.
2- the common ‘presumed Etruscan’ words in this inscription and in all other ones, have the same and adequate meaning in every context.
3- there is a logical link of the sentence's words.
4- there is/are adequate content/s of the text/s.

Mos u bazoni shume as ne transliterimin qe studjuesit e huaj kane bere (psh. ne origjinal eshte SLEL ndersa nje studjues i huaj e ka transliteruar SPEL, gabim i cili me ka gozhduar nje jave sepse nuk me delte teksti me kuptim. Me mire shih shkrimin ne pllake). Une kam vite qe punoj me deshifrimet e mbishkrimeve Etruske, Lemniane, Trake, Eteoqipriote dhe Eteokretane. Deshifrimet nuk jane pune diletantesh. Te nisur nga deshira e mire, shpesh i nxjerrim syte ceshtjes ne vend qe t'i veme vetullat.

mbi te gurten e Peruxhias kane kaluar qindra duar edhe perfundimi i diskriptimit eshte me se i qarte..kryesisht...

fjala "SLELE" duket si e tille ne mbishkrim, por sipas dijetarve eshte e demtuar germa P ndaj duket si e tille..realisht kemi germen P edhe jo L..kemi fjalen SPELE edhe jo fjalen SLELE...interesohu per detajet ketu..vrej fjalen "spele" edhe jo slele...edhe shpella e Afunas eshte e njohur ne zonen e Peruxhias shih nje version:

ne se ne kete punim eshte bere nje ndarje sipas besimit te tyrer, une do shtoja se ndarja nuk munde te behet pa njohur gjuhen ne te cilen shkruhet mbishkrime..edhe ne gjuhen qe eshte shkruajtur mbishkrimi kemi dy punime ne gjuhen shqipe..njeri eshte punimi i te ndriturit Niko Stilo, ndersa punimi tjeter vjen nga "Shqipja Pellazge" Tirane 2009

per mendimin time personal eshte shume heret te flasim per ndarje edhe drejtlexim te sigurt per momentin..e vetmja gje qe munde te flasim me siguri eshte se ky mbishkrim edhe gjuha etruske lexohen vetem me shqipen tone.
