Emrat e qyteteve ne Maqedoni jane ashtu si thuan shqiptaret , p.sh. TIKAVESH (sot Tikvesh) , Perlepe (sot Prilep) , I SHTYP-iSTIP ( sot Shtip) ,
vetem Shkupi eshte ne gjuhen Turke Uskub ne ate harte .
Dhe Ohri edhe Dibra ishte ashtu si e pershkruan ne kete harte , nen kufijte e Shqiperise .

Francezet asnjehere s'i kane fshehe simpatite e tyre te hapura ndaj politikes zullumcare t'Serbise - kjo gjen shprehje ne vete perkushtimin e qeverive franceze per t'i
dale Serbise ne krah gjate konferencave nderkombetare ne te cilat pesoi me se shumti ceshtja shqiptare. Ne harten e meposhtme franceze eshte paraqite 'Serbia e madhe' - metimi
per krijimin e nje shteti pan-sllav (i drejtuar prej Serbise) ku prania serbe eshte zgjeruar pertej cdo perfytyrimi t'mundshem. Megjithate, hartografi s'ka guxuar te mohoje shqiptaresine e tokave tona jugore - Epirin gjer ne Ambraki ku paraqitet i teri shqiptar:

Nuk e di nese eshte postuar kjo harte dhe me pare, por ajo cka bie ne sy eshte ravijezimi mjaft real (per mendim timin) i shtrirjes etnografike te shqiptareve:
