Jashar bej Shkupi është një politikan shqiptar ka lindur në vitin 1860 në Shkup dhe ka vdekur në vitin 1919 në Stamboll.
Ka qenë kryetari i Degës së Lidhjes Shqiptare të Prizrenit për Sanxhakun e Shkupit dhe prefekt i Shkupit nga muaji dhjetor në vitin 1880 gjer në muajin prill të vitit 1881. Kontribut të madhë dha në finansimin e arsimit shqip në Shkup. Me mjete të veta matriale bëri renovimin e objekteve e monumenteve kulturoro historike të Shkupit.
