Hollanda (Verilindje) me acar, nga temp +13 qe ishim deri ne ditet e fundit te vitit te sapo shkuar kaluam direkt ne -8 duke shkaktuar keshtu nje ACAR ku ende sot (3 dite) jemi pak a shume te izoluar :
Zoteria me siper me sa shohim nuk ka zbatuar keshillen se si duhet ecur ne acar
, sa here ndodhemi ne situata te tilla na jepen disa keshilla per te na ndihmuar se si duhet te veprojme ( per te gjithe ata qe nuk mund te perdorin ecjen me ski) , dhe keshilla e pare dhe me e rendesishme per acarin eshte kjo:
